Laughter rings out over Cedyetica, an insane laughter that punks have known all too well.... A flash of light, and a building burns, and another and another, the body count increasing each time. A cyborg was crawling away from the burning building, his arm broken off by debris, he sees a figure with burns all over his body standing over him "What are you?"
