[b]With the recent events, the psychopath seems to have struck again....
The sewers have erupted into massive explosions, and hundreds of streets and buildings have fallen into the collapsed sewer systems. The most enormous hits have struck Neo-Centra, Tokyo-Town, and completely tore apart Centra, leaving it a mess. Criminals pour onto the street, wreaking havoc. The man from earlier, in the tux suit, has his black ragged hair, and is wearing a black unbuttoned trench-coat, as well as black gloves. He holds his hands behind his back, watching the chaos from the rooftop of the Firm.[/b]

-daego is now helping citizens to get to safe locations and looting bodies as he does this as well as pick pocket unaware bystanders-

[b]A helicopter flies overhead, it bears a logo you dont recognize. Snipers stand in it, but none of them fire their weapons.[/b]

"AWWW YEAH!!!" -daego grapples on to the helimachoper whilst air guitaring-

Jumbotrons that are still somewhat functional through out the city read "The city is being destroyed by…" The screen quickly flashes to. "The Shadows are here." They quickly go back and that catches Jaque's attention right as the manhole to his right becomes a pillar of flame. Jaque looks to his arm to reveal a red tattoo of a cirlcle. He quickly dodges and pushes a women and child out of the way of an exsplosion. "This will be resolved." Jaque thinks to himself.
