[b]As you fly south, temperatures rise and your ship starts to blare alerts that it may not operate effectively under the conditions.[/b]

[b]Kira's ship descends.[/b] "The hell? What's going on here?"

[b]In the distance, there is a large mountain pluming ash and heat.[/b]
-
[b]Kira attempts to use her radar to check for a pillar.[/b]
-
[b]You detect an energy signal within the mountain.[/b]
-
[b]Kira lands nearby the mountain, and makes her way towards the energy source.[/b]
-
[b]The terrain becomes rough, and the hot ash makes it a challenge to continue hiking. You spot an indentation in the mountain where you can take cover from the ash for a bit.[/b]

[b]Kira makes her way towards it.[/b]

[b]There is red writing on the wall of the small indent.[/b] "[b]THE TRIAL OF FIRE.[/b]" [b]There is also a bit of subtext.[/b] "[b]This trial will test your resilience, your body, and your speed. But most of all, it will teach you the consequences for making even the smallest of mistakes.[/b]"

[b]Kira seems taken aback by the sign.[/b] "Alright. Challenge accepted." [spoiler]Pulls out Hammer of Sol.[/spoiler]

[b]There is a small break in the wall, big enough to fit through, leading inside the mountain.[/b]

[b]Kira goes through, and prepares herself for whatever happens next.[/b]

[b]There is a thin bridge of rock above a large pool of lava.[/b]
-
[b]Kira carefully treads across the bridge.[/b]
-
[b]Lava sprays from below in front of you, and behind you. There is a ledge above with a stalactite hanging from it, and a platform below, very close to the lava pool.[/b]

[b]Kira jumps onto the platform.[/b]

[b]The lava begins to rise, and nears the platform quickly. There is a path of rough rocks along the wall that look climbable.[/b]

[b]As you climb, rocks start to fall from above. You have gone high enough to jump over to the stalagmite, and keep climbing, or jump to a small indent in the wall you can't see very well.[/b]

[b]Kira keeps climbing.[/b]

[b]Climbing up the stalagmite leads to a rock platform. There is an entrance to a small cave leading out of the main cavity of the mountain.[/b]

[b]Kira keeps moving, even climbing if she has to.[/b]

[b]She comes out in a large room, the pillar at the other side. There is a large lava pool in the center of the room.[/b]

[b]Kira makes her way towards the pillar.[/b]
