Im having the same problem. But i figured out that having my brothers account active (the account we used to purchase it) allows to play now. I dont know if its permanent but at least I can do the new missions

Awesome great solution! thanks wish it had come from a Bungie employee though and not have to dig through forum to find. Also, WTF seriously so we all have to pay extra to play on one xbox XD

At least I can play but it is killing my son.

It took me between 5-10 minutes and I can now play TTK on all three accounts on my 360.
