I played through the first mission on Mars, then talked to my hunter vanguard (as I am a hunter) and he gave me the quest for it. So I do have it unlocked. But I haven't gotten the spark. I also have a 14 warlock and a 2 titan. I was hoping to use the SOL to level the titan. What about you? Is anything else bugged for you?
