Its console wide, my older brother has a ps4 at university and hasn't gotten his either. I'm sure bungies overloaded right now and is trying their best to do what they can. In the mean time I'd grind through this campaign and get the new subclasses. If you're on 360, add my gt Ozymandiyas maybe we can do some quests :)
