Not able to buy the taken king

So anybody able to download just the taken king $40 dlc off psn? I've been waiting since the morning and still says not able to purchase. Is it still because I don't have 1 of the dlc's ????

I have it and it's not letting me play it on my PS3 I have the digital download and it still says "requires taken king"
