I preordered the Taken King, but I'm not able to access any of the taken king offers!?!??!? I got the digital copy and it isn't letting me level, do any of the activities, or even get my suros arsenal?

Look in the games** menu and see if all 3 TTK downloads were completed, there are 3 just for the basic TTK game. For some reason the main 16MB dl is complete but the other 2 smaller downloads are not. **these will not show up in the que, but are shown as separate boxes in the game menu of the game/que screen as incomplete, they download quickly

Yes but it isn't giving me the digital download. I haven't downloaded anything, I thought it would be realeased on the day it came out, but sadly I haven't gotten anything

I bought mine from the Xbox One store via Xbox and as soon as I paid for it, it downloaded (last week). For me, that's how it always works. If you go to where you bought it online, does it confirm you bought it and can you re-download it? Are you on XB1 or what?

I'm on 360, and it did confirm that I bought it and it didn't offer a download. But I'd like to thank you for trying to help and all of this, but I called up microsoft yesterday, and they solved the problem. But thx anyway.
