Why is it that I grind the shit out of this game, a few weeks after it is released, and I don't get a veterans tour?

It might have to do with your seemingly not owning or not having beaten the 2 previous dlc's (according to your MoT). Owning/beating the TDB and HoW is required to access TTK quests and such.
