Your logic is flawed, by your own definition you class these as "end game CONTENT" they were "end game CONTENT" when Vanilla destiny came out, also when TDB and HOW came out, the fact bungie have added NEW CONTENT to the End game CONTENT does not mean they have a right to LOCK you out of the END GAME CONTENT you have already bought! the only thing that cannot be classed as content is the GRIMOIRE because it is not actually in the game. Anything that you call a FEATURE that occurs within the base game is CONTENT. Therefore Bungie have locked people out of CONTENT that they have already paid for. All the Nightfall Strikes that they played up until the release of TTK is CONTENT that they had access to.
