Nice job, well put. Honestly, if you're a day one player that hasn't bought the DLC, what do you need The Weekly strikes for anyway? I've got 750 Strange Coin and every exotic (besides Mythoclast) that could drop in a Nightfall. Haven't bought anything from Xür in a month or two. For the last 3 weeks leading up to the Taken King I literally had no weapon or armor to upgrade. Had some fun Raiding parties with my clan, but I was dying for new gear and content. I don't know how you could pass on this DLC and still have stuff to do.
