I'm having a problem with the suros and vanguard weapons packs. I'm one of the few people on xbox 360 who got the preorder on the 1st of September. I was able to access all ttk content as soon as the launch happened yesterday. Everyone got their emblems and shaders. They were kinda disappointed with the actual weapons but I didn't get anything. Nothing for the preorder bonus which is in the small print of the download I did. I've waited patiently while you resolve this but all I see is go to the post master and collect your stuff. I can't remember how many times I've been to that poor robot and I still have nothing. I've redownloaded my ttk and expansion pass. Reset the cache. Done the inevitable off on reboot and still nothing. So please what the hell am I supposed to do?
