Golden chests for moments of triumph are shared between all Undeleted characters. Perhaps you missed some on this specific character and got the missing ones on another.

No I definitely got all of them with my main guardian earth through to Mars, I've never deleted any of my guardians either. Luckily I did spot it and complete it so I've got my triumph.. But some people probably didn't realise their chests have reset somehow. And in turn have had trouble getting their triumph emblem

That's really odd, but glad it worked out. I know they were having some issues prior to New Years but idk what all was affected.
