I've argued this enough today...so let's take a different approach. What's the point in playing a game like Destiny if you aren't going to follow the model (not the only game that operates this way) and continue to play along with the new stuff? I mean, if you're playing with friends they're going to move on...if you're excited about getting gear than you should want to get the new content because there's tons of new gear...if you like PvP it's only getting better with new modes and maps. Unless you really love playing old content for years I don't understand why you wouldn't buy The Taken King...especially if you like Destiny.

  • I don't think it's right. Look, I'm buying TTK, but the people who can't right now or won't be buying shouldn't be punished. They already paid $100. I think the exact same content available to them before should still be there. It doesn't make sense they can't do a ROC strike or a 32 nightfall.

  • Question, lets say you have the money for TTK and you choose to not buy the expansion, why would you care to even play the game at that point?
