If it has less attack value then a year 2 equivalent, it is outclassed. You really can't argue otherwise.

Yeah i would count Suros, got me plenty of precision kills with that. I'll always be partial to it because it got me through alot of tough year 1 content. But, I do find myself using the old guns less and less now.

Yeah that or any old stuff would work since attack value doesn't play a role in how hard your guns hit, just the stats and perks of course.
