Every single radio broadcast and news channel was screening an emergency broadcast. The St. Mary Hospital in Neo-Centra was on fire.
Synths have swarmed the scene, trying to save the hundreds of people in the hospital, and nearby, the Ash was laughing his head off...

You arrive on the scene to see the hospital at the brink of collapse, with the screams of the occupants echoing through the streets...
