Hey just want to know if anybody can help me out. I didn't buy the taken king on account of not having any money after paying college tuition 😂. But I was wondering can anyone tell me do I need the taken king to be able to level up to lol 40. I've been on it for a bit the last 2 days and turned in a few bounties hoping that it'd help my experience level increase but it's actually done nothing. Just need to know because there's no point in me continuing playing if I can't level up, get better gear or be stuck with the same stuff from year 1 Any help would be appreciated thanks :)
