Yep and I think it's pretty awesome. Nightstalker doesn't have an immediate aoe effect damage like voidwalker it can have massive aoe but only after you kill someone and have a specific perk. It can kill a person in one shot but it sucks to try to aim that crap because it has exactly the same animation as the warlock voidbomb. The class shines where you can shut off enemy supers and disorient them. You also get the ability to track their exact position if they run behind walls as well as an enhanced area tracker to begin with which requires a perk. Your melee gets replaced with a smoke grenade that disorients and if you poison it it knocks off about half health so you can basically dick slap enemies to death without them knowing what's going on. I find this useful when being chased by a shotgunner or a group and then turn around and mop the floor with them. The voidwall grenade kills almost instantly and sticks around for awhile which is good if your pinned and you can also use it to reach enemies around corners.
Oh and when I say track your exact position I mean it paints a big red x right where your chest is no matter where you are I cannot lose you or get confused and my sights are always on you.
