I have TTK on my sons console and we have been able to share it across both so Dlc is working for two accounts.
We both have live subscription too

I have just given in and bought it on mine aswell least some people are having better luck with it than me

You, my fellow lady gamer, should request a refund because it states on The Taken King DLC 'You can use this item on the first Xbox 360 (or Xbox One) console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console.' Like you, I too have run into this 'sharing' issue and have just sent an email to Bungie for some insight but after reading these forums I feel my answer may be long awaited.

I have emailed them with a picture of there usage restrictions and said that it's unfair I've had to pay again! And I know how you feel it's a shame cause destiny is a really good game just not impressed with how they're treating us and thank you same if I do to :)

Oh gosh, I feel your pain. It's such a shame, especially since there were so many issues still present within the game itself before this new DLC. We didn't need more! Here's hoping we get some result and may it be a good one! Thanks so much! Waiting anxiously! :)
