Alright, as I'm sure many, many people know, people who are playing on the 360 were having issues yesterday, and for those who purchased TTK they've been mostly resolved.
That was a lie.
If you license transferred the taken King, you can't play it. If you bought it on one account? No one else can play it but you, period.
Imagine how annoying that must be to friends who go half&shalt on purchases and split the bill? Or families, couples, etc who got the game, and expected to share it with at least one person!
I was chatting with 3 Xbox representatives, and one of them (and I have screenshots) had stated that I should, without a doubt, had been able to play after the service alert had dropped.
But alas, no. That was false.
To make matters worse, another representative seems to think this is simply and error, as it is not prevalent on other consoles.
That's might be right, but I want to know for sure before wasting my time.
Cozmo, i need to know, many need to know.
Is this an error? Or a policy?

In addition to what was said before, I have spent much time on chats with XBL support. Some say "too bad" while a few said "this is an error, it will be resolved" all of which I have screensshotted for proof.

Easy do like I did. I bought it for myself and my son who play on the same console. I called them up and got a refund for my son. Sucks, but they said there is an issue with the 360 and they are working with Bungie to resolve.

From what you said in the chat earlier, this is apparently a crazy serious issue that is impacting many. Just adds onto the list of major screw ups happening with this game.

I'm just curious. To my understanding licences on 360 work like this: ¤ I buy a game with my gamertag. ¤ I can transfer that game to any other console provided I log in with my gamertag on that console and transfer the license. ¤ That game cannot be played unless my gamertag is logged in on that console. ¤ That game cannot be played anywhere else but that console unless I again log in with my gamertag and again transfer the license. This is my understanding of how things work. If you're trying to do something outside of that then I'm not surprised it's not working. If what you're trying to do is inside those boundaries then yeah, Bungie really needs to get their stuff together. The only thing I'm aware of is that they've stated TTK for 360 will not be honored as a transferable game to XBO. Good luck with your troubles.
