Why am I not able to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition upgrade for 360? I already got the legendary edition and was looking forward to spend the extra $20 to get the exotic class item, shader, etc. C'mon bungie, why can't 360 users get the same availability as ps4 and now even Xbox one???
