This is not related.
But i'll still answer your question;
1. You MUST have taken king expansion. They are TTK quests.
2. Complete the 1st TTK mission; after you finish, return to your respective class rep; they'll have a quest to unlock your 3rd class.
3. go through the mission they state and you'll unlock it.
