I would like to tell Bungie that I am almost entirely unable to play and enjoy their game due to an excessive amount of error code: caterpillars. Oftentimes i will reset my Xbox-360 and ensure a stable connection, yet during NLS travel, during the black screen just before i enter the tower, and even as i take my first step in the Last City, I am sent back to the start screen by error code caterpillar. My Xbox-360 is connected directly by a cable that I have speed tested at around 120mbs although I am aware of the limitations of Xbox-360. I have attempted all solutions presented by Bungie representatives including hardware fixes and adjusting the settings of my internet. I have ensured that my internet provider has all ports necessary for Xbox live as suggested by one of several Xbox live representatives that I have contacted. It was determined that the problem most likely lies within your network. Currently I am not holding you responsible for any fault, however, I would very much appreciate it if you looked into the problem, specifically if there is any problem with my account, as it would reassure my already strong trust that I have in your companies ability.
