Difficulty on missions is only : Normal/ TKK
Strikes are only: Legacy/ TTK
Crucible is 3 modes now for non ttk (DM, Skirmish, rumble)
But eh you can still raid, so there is that.

(So long as u commit to giving them money on a regular basis) I'm experiencing it myself right now. I've been on Destiny & LFG for over an hour unable to get ppl to play with. I can't solo or get matchmaking on anything that's worthwhile to play. My choices are run old low lvl story missions. Play 20 vanguard. Choose from only a couple crucible modes. Or do 28 arenas. Every week for me & my friends Destiny revolved mostly around running NF, heroic, raids, & trials. Now I can't or it's pointless. The other games you speak of that operate like this - that's y i don't play them. That's y i quit Destiny. Other games that add content don't take some away should you not fork it over. It's not OK. It's not too much to to ask with all this tech that there still be endgame content for you at the level of the last DLC you purchased. If ppl don't rant about it and take a stand, every game that comes out will be more DLC than original disc content and will have a subscription cost with it. Not all gamers are kids spending their allowances. Alot of us get to buy 1 or 2 games a year if we're lucky. Alot of that time we're trading in old games to get that new one. Destiny should feel honored we chose their game & not decide we're worthless if we're not providing residual income. Since we can''t trade in DLC we tend to buy less of it too.

What I'm getting from you is: I don't want to buy this content, what do they expect, my money for goods and services? I have paid in the past so I should get it free now. Just like when I bought clothes from sears that one time and now they give me free clothes all the time. Also, why isn't anyone playing the old content? Before this new content everyone wanted to play the old content, what changed? You're like a spoiled impotent child. Just buy the expansion, all your problems are solved. It's well worth the 40 dollars. Or leave. I don't care. No sweat off my back. I'll be enjoying the new raid while you are here complaining you can't.

He diesnt want free shit lol he wants to still have access to shit that came with the dlc and game he bought which he doesnt have access to anymor like TOO wont be playble forbthe people who paid for HOW nightfalls (original game content) people who dont buy TTK cant do it IRON BANNER cant do it because they dont have a year one iron banner aka lost content because he doesnt want to upgrade even though year 1 TOO,NF,IB should all be avaliable for players that dont have TTK they arent asking for our TTK lvl cap or gear just the right to play old content for gear that was originally avaliable to them

Get to buy a couple games a yr if I'm lucky. I found a game I like, sink money & time in it, & now can't do half of what I paid for. I refuse to buy it now on principle even if I had the money. I don't expect anything else for free, I just expect to be able to play the things I paid for & at least some of the content to be relevant to players respective levels. I'm not alone here. You're not gonna convince me I'm wrong Go play it then; If it's not sweat off ur back; y u still here, bro?

NIghtfall takes the latest level-cap into consideration and features content to be played at that level. Same goes for Weekly. The new content is what is being featured now. Content you have not paid for. Therefore you don't get to access the features using said content. As for the raid you are still perfectly able to access Crota and Atheon.

Also, you still didn't say y u care so much. Most of what I do every evry week on Destiny revolved around the Weekly & NF. I'm not saying I want TTK for free. I'm sayin I would still like vendors to have gear for me. I want strikes & mission somewhere in between so low lvl they're boring and stuff above my head. There is nothing for me to do now. Bungie did not say "for a limited time only" when I bought this stuff. I have a right to be mad I spent money on a game, a year grinding on it, & now I can't do anything worthwhile on it. U think they can't make a NF for 32 & a TTK one also? They can, but they won't, cuz they don't care. It's forcing you to keep paying. As a consumer in a free-market I have a right to not be forced into a subscription. Are the vendors features or content? What about the year one gear? Is Xur content or a feature? Was crucible only a feature? As I see it that stuff is gone. So it's ok to remove content from a game with time so long as you call it one thing instead of another? How many other games have DLC but still keep playlists that only use the core maps? All of em. You got a funny way of lookin at things. So I'm done with you. Somebody who has nothin better to do than tell others their incorrect on how they feel and what is just based on an illogical argument couldn't be convinced by anything, anyway. The saying "The customer is always right" comes to mind. Should the customer be absolutely wrong but spread bad reviews as if he were right, still reflects on that company as if he were right.
