I bought the taken king 360 and it won't share over to the one is this on purpose or a bug in Microsofts data base?

Only the season pass had an upgrade path from 360 to XB1. I've had to purchase TTK for both consoles.

That's not cool eventually the servers will close for 360 and all those DLCs will go with it they should make it so you keep them on both 360 and one.
