Bonus materials not received...!?

After purchasing the digital collectors edition, none of the bonus materials/ items were received as of yet. Has this occurred with anyone else so far? Or, is there some procedure that needs to be done prior to attaining them?

Which materials do you mean. I had a blue packet at the postmaster with the class item shader and dance move. That's it. No materials.
