If you are looking for the $40 option from what I have been reading it is only available through the in-game menu as well as the additional $20 collectors addition upgrade (so you pay $60 at the end of the day instead of $80) the only options in the Xbox live store are the regular Microsoft bundles for $60 and $80 that make you re buy the base game.
