I have the chaperone quest on my warlock, so that's not exclusive

I can get Chaperone as hunter, have the quest.

The scout rifle is tlaloc, not telesto

Telesto is a fusion rifle

I've seen telesto as an rng drop from nightfall, and chaperone was seen on the hunter also in trailers so it can't be.
