Congrats..
Is getting the quest along the same line as the year one exotic bounties in that it was randomly received, or is this a guaranteed when you hit level 3 with the Gunsmith?

Thanks. Looks like I'll need to work on leveling up my Gunsmith a little more. I'll get there, just a little slower. I avoided last week's test gun that had the Crucible requirement as I'm not really a PvP player.
