I just recently got off of chat with an Xbox Live representative. I bought the Taken King yesterday, from the game, and let it download fully. I even ensured that it was in my purchase history. Yet, I still cannot play any Taken King stuff. It just takes me to the page to download it again. I cleared the cache, restored my license, and launched via my games on the dashboard. Nothing is working, and I am getting extremely frustrated with Bungies lack of support via their page. Please help.

Stupid question... but have you tried clicking on the "Destiny" game and not the "Collectors Edition" game? On Xbox 360 in My Games it wasn't clear that I needed to click on "Destiny," but once I did, the game started. Of course thats only for the profile that purchased it, 2nd profiles can't currently access it on the same console (this better be a bug). I can play Destiny. No problem there. The problem comes when I try to play ANY of the taken King dlc. It still says I haven't bought it and I should purchase it again. But in my recent downloads AND my recent purchases, it says I bought the Taken King. Something needs to change..

I feel your pain!! Same issue, spoke to Xbox rep and they said "Bungie are aware of problem, are working to fix it and HOPE to have it resolved by tomorrow morning". So only the 3 days of not being able to play the game with friends who are way ahead of me now. Cheers Bungie!!
