Me too, just searching here to see if it's a known issue or not.

you get it at the quarter master in hanger in tower its lame as the suros are green and the vanguard are purple and you have to purchase all with glimmer. i am disappointed

Ok, that explains it a bit. I went there, saw them, but they were for purchase w/ glimmer, as you said. I guess the bonus is the availability to purchase, you don't just get them in a package for free.
