What do I get for dismantling my old legendaries I don't want to but it seems like I should so I can raid?

You'll get weapon parts, maybe a telemetry if it is upgraded or not, a mote of light possibly, and if it's a raid weapon you'll get either ascendant/radiant materials depending on which raid it came from. I don't think you get any legendary marks from old gear, just the new stuff.
