Stupid question... but have you tried clicking on the "Destiny" game and not the "Collectors Edition" game? On Xbox 360 in My Games it wasn't clear that I needed to click on "Destiny," but once I did, the game started. Of course thats only for the profile that purchased it, 2nd profiles can't currently access it on the same console (this better be a bug).
