The hunter sniper perfectionist perk... does it refill the shots from the mag, or is it like black hammer used to be?

Yeah, I saw that, definitely not a black hammer, but still cool if you can pick off smaller enemies without losing ammo. Is there a time limit? Can you switch weapons and still have the perk proc?

Fills from nowhere. The perk is harder to activate than blackhammers

Unlimited time and you can change weapons and have to he perk still work
