Its not mocking, its creating an anology for people to understand because it's quite obvious that either the vast majority or the vocal minority do not understand why they cant play the game without paying for it.
Also, you're allowed to go your own path. I dont care that people chose not to buy TTK. I care that they have been bitching about it for 3 days now without understanding how wrong they are.
The difference is that it's subscription vs paid for content. Empathy in this situation would help you see what these people are talking about it. "Just buy it peasant" seems to be the biggest thing said to people making fairly good arguments against what's happening to them. Don't like that they're "bitching"? Mute them and move on, because what you're doing is mocking them.
Mocking -
: to laugh at or make fun of (someone or something) especially by copying an action or a way of behaving or speaking
: to criticize and laugh at (someone or something) for being bad, worthless, or unimportant
You're doing the definition of mocking...and if you can't see that you're doing it, you need to take a step back and see your ignorance. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Ok second coming of Christ, I will be very ashamed of myself. I never once said to "buy it peasant". I get that nit everyone wants to drop $40 on a game they've probably already spent $100 on. That being said, I'm just trying to get across why things are the way they are, and why they will probsbly stay like that. If it takes the webster dictionary's definition of mocking to do so, then so be it. Educate yourself and make informed decisions. Dont sit online and bitch thst you don't understand the EULA you blindly clicked accept to. Call it a lack of empathy, or call it being enlightened on the business practices of the modern-day entertainment mogul. Doesn't matter, the point is I'm right and theres an 8000 word agreement that everyone accepted but doesnt want to acknowledge that proves it.

I didn't say you said "buy it peasant". Trying to get across why things are the way they are? You're comparing netflix (a marketed monthly paid movie watching subscription) to Destiny (a DLC console based game that isn't marketed as subscription due not having a monthly fee). There is barely any resemblance at all really. Educate yourself and make informed decisions? People are on here to try and change things so that they can play the game they enjoy. It surely happens, because they nerfed so many things due to so many posts about certain weapons. The point is, you're not right. Destiny is not netflix. Did you read the 8000 word agreement? Nope. Almost noone does. Of course this isn't an excuse on either side of the argument. Enlightened to the business practices or not, people like you aren't exactly helping people be up front with how they feel. I bet if the Destiny community got rid of trolls like you that promote hate, trolling, and mocking, that it would be a more productive community overall.
