I feel like a broken record with these replies, but read the EULA. You didnt buy ToO. You didnt buy the Nightfall strikes. You didnt buy the level cap. You bought a liscence to access the content as it currently stood, content that was extremely subject to change (as stated when you clicked "accept"). This is a platform, not a product. This is the future of gaming, so start educating yourself now.
