Have you attempted to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear the cache[/url] of your console?
If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to contact PlayStation/Xbox support for further troubleshooting.
This issue ties directly into Licenses on your console/account. If you have purchased/downloaded The Taken King, you should have access.

What about the fact that other accounts on the same Xbox 360 can't access The Taken King content?
