I tried watching Fairy Tale, but after the first season it was extremely boring. I'm not sure what types of anime you like, so I can only leave anime that I enjoy. Maid-sama is a really good anime to watch if you want a break from fantasy anime and need a slice of life style. Unfortunately it didn't get a continuation, so that sucked. It definitely could have used one. Angel Beats is really good too.
