How the hell did you get to rank 3 all ready?? Where are you finding all those broken guns because ive only seen 1 so far and am not even level 2 :(

I just found them randomly on patrol and in strikes

I've gotten 3 of them so far (FR001, FR002, FR004) all of them have came from doing the Taken public events or the Take skull/crossbones missions.
