While it would be nice to see how far the legalities go, (if true) You, as well as anyone else curious, will probably never hear anything further about it. And that stupid thing we all agree to when we first play and whenever they update it..I'm do recall reading something about bungie holds the right to modify, add, and withhold any content at their discretion. I honestly don't remember the exact wording but I think I got the jist of it. Anyway we agree to the terms to play which means we acknowledge that and can't do anything about it.
