Oh cause I've looked at 3 people on this thread so far and all of you have the same shotgun.

I know it can be given as a quest reward. It's decent, slow rate of fire but it delivers quite a punch.

No, sorry. I've been so overwhelmed with quests I've just been turning them in as I finish them. I know its a quest Ikora gives. Sorry I can't be of more help.
