Phantom, I just spent 2 hours with Xbox support, and the solution that he came up with and one that we used that works currently is sign in to the account you originally purchased TTK on then sign in on the account you want to play on. only load up destiny for the account you want to play on. Seems silly but it is working for us! Hope this helps
