I tried to download The Taken King from the Xbox one but all it did was bring me to a black screen that only said Manage The Taken King.

I have revived billing conformation from Microsoft. It's been hours now. I've tried everything short of uninstalling everything and reinstalling. A step I'm not looking forward to testing. When selecting the "TTK: CECB" from the store it tells me it is unavailable. When selecting to purchase from in game, I'm informed that I have already purchased this content then prompts me to install it. Then just takes me to the same black screen.
