IB, and the weekly strikes were not locked unless it was on a dlc map.
ToO was part of DLC so it doesn't count, sane with the raid.

Well considering the weekly strike no longer exists for anyone I don't really see your point there. For IB it's like how your not allowed to enter unless you at least level 20 now it's just lvl 40.

It exists. I just played one earlier today. On TTK, anyway.

There isn't a weekly heroic anymore? I hadn't noticed. Anyways the nightfall is also a weekly strike. "Weekly Nighfall strike". Anyone who enters IB is stuck at the HoW level cap and will get their shit wrecked.
