no content was taken from you what so ever, you just wont stand a chance in it anymore, nightfalls are gonna be level 42, so you wont meet requirements same with iron banner and trials of osiris.
you are still able to play the dark below raid, VoG and prison of elders. all of the missions, all the strikes,

ToO was house of wolves end game they paid for.. now it's basically nothing to that group of people anymore...
-
doesnt mean they were locked out of it

Edited by Fridge x Cola: 9/18/2015 6:27:26 AMWell they are until they buy ttk.. same with nightfall and vendor gear.. no vendor gear can be purchased because legendary marks are ttk exclusives. Nightfall cap set to lvl 40 and pre ttk is 34. Boom Paywall. Locked out.. unable to access things they could once before and now can't unless they "throw money at the screen"
-
there also the fact that this is destiny... a game with a 10 year plan, so you should be expecting to lose a bit of content if you dont get the DLC's
-
Edited by Fridge x Cola: 9/18/2015 6:34:19 AMYou shouldn't have to lose content.. they should have enough money to add more content on top of the old content and not recycle ok content and make it blocked by a paywall. Im not saying I dont enjoy the game because I do very much enjoy it.. but I just care to much about others to let them get stomped on by people who should be tending and supporting their community instead of dictating it by saying "this is how this goes like it or not. Spend more money if you wanna play what you already paid for" you know? Cant you understand one bit? Just actually care and genuinely feel for the other player you may or may not know?
-
You're locked out of content you didn't pay for, all end game content moves and changes with each DLC so you shouldn't be able to access in game content if you didn't pay for it like everyone else.

There are these things called separate playlists, you know? By now, Bungie should have enough money and manpower to make them a reality, don't you think?
-
Why should bungie take away resources from me and others who paid for the latest content to cater to the people who no longer support the game? Yes supporting the game means paying for it. You stopped paying for the franchise/series therefore you're no longer a supporter. Or what should all of us who bought TTK do? Pay more money so bungie can put man hours towards a playlist for people who aren't paying anymore? The very notion you should be entitled to anything because you paid a year ago is astounding.
