Read the post i initially replied to. He said it was blackmail, at the most criminal. Blackmail is a crime, thus him saying its criminal to begin with. You said he didn't say it was criminal when he clearly did by how he worded his reply. As for the content they lost, since clearly those game modes are that important and make or break people playing, most of the Destiny community clearly knows that on every expansion Bungie alters the availability of randomly rotated game modes to include new content. We learned that with TDB and HoW. They gave non dlc users stuff they weren't even entitled to but people still bitched. So why give them anything?
