Hi Bungie. I bought the PS4 TTK edition specifically to play Destiny. I used my code and redeemed my items, but when I log into the game, do not find the spark of light at the postmaster or in my inventory. I've leveled a hunter all the way to 20 waiting on you guys to figure it out. I've talked to Amazon (company where I purchased the PS4), Sony PS4 (referred me to you), and now I am not receiving any answers from you. I've reached the end of the first main story and the other two DLC's are locked to me even though I bought the whole package deal. Please provide answers. Thanks in advance.
