Good luck trying to purchase the $40 Digital download, cause i cant EVEN THOUGH i am Eligable for it,

It shows up and I could purchase it if I wanted to. I just want to know what I'm getting. They call it a Digital Download which is what leads me to believe I will be able to play the whole game without a disc. Can anyone verify this?
