I'm having all sorts of issues with my quests. This started back with the PoE siphor, I was stuck and unable to complete for weeks before I lost it and had to start over. Now, I have several quests that I cannot proceed, one in particular says talk to the speaker, but there's no prompt and I can't proceed. When handing in the Lost and Found bounty, I was given rep for Petra, but never got Boolean the exotic weapon. There's also about 6 quests that I know I've completed in the past that are in my abandoned quests and I have to re do over again. This is completely frustrating
