I'm having the same problem. Xbox One, purchased TTK a few days ago, but it still says "Requires TTK". Relaunched the game, restored all licenses, even deleted everything and redownloaded, nothing helped. Microsoft support didn't help either (cleared console cache with no success). Btw, in "manage game" section TTK is listed as "Weapons Pack and SUROS Arsenal Pack" instead of "Destiny Expansion III".
